Jiangsu Yixing Derong Technology Co., Ltd. is the only high-tech enterprise in China that has achieved mass production of high-efficiency flexible thin-film GaAs solar cells. Its cells deliver the highest conversion efficiency in the Chinese PV industry for years running, and are widely used in aerospace, the Internet of Things (IoT), micro-energy applications and other fields.
